Nature of the Service

ColorFetcher is provided free of charge as an online utility for extracting color palettes from images. No user registration, login, or payment is required.

No Warranty

The service, including all colors and palettes it produces, is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the site operational and to generate accurate color values, no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—are given regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of extracted colors;
• The suitability of extracted colors for a particular purpose or use (e.g., print reproduction, web design, accessibility standards);
• The continued availability of the service;
• The compatibility of generated color codes with third-party design tools or frameworks.

User Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to:

• Test extracted colors in context before use in any project;
• Verify color accuracy for your specific use case (print, web, accessibility, etc.);
• Ensure the source image you upload is yours to use or is used under a valid license;
• Re-check colors if you change your design tools or environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, or design work) arising out of or in connection with the use of—or inability to use—the site or any colors or palettes produced by it.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. Colors and palettes are generated algorithmically from that data and are not claimed as intellectual property by the operator.
